About us
The system

The 3D Vertical suspension Plus offers a revolutionary method in the field of rehabilitation, spine and motional problems, as well as in special muscle building for professional athletes.

The system can offer unbelievable positions with the help of the moving parts: it speeds up the strengthening of muscles and stabilisation of joints. Furthermore, it provides essential muscle strengthening, maintenance, relaxation and injury rehabilitation in professional sports as well. For example, an ankle injury treatment takes two-three weeks with conservative rehabilitation but with the help of the 3D Vertical suspension Plus, it only takes three-four days.

With the use of the 3D Vertical suspension Plus a controlled practice ground can be achieved in the fields of prevention, physiotherapy and sports.

Parts of the system

  • The vertical suspension with the base of a unique fixation that has upper and lower connection points on wall bars and additional mirror surface.
  • The elastic resistors and variable lengthened ropes can be attached to the connection points by carabiners, and on the other end, they connect to slings and handles.
  • Resistors, ropes, carabiners, handles and bars.
  • Resistors and ropes can also be connected to the hooked surface that is fixed on the ceiling. This surface runs on a crane rail and can rotate around its axis.

The elastic resistors can have a number of roles within the system:

  • progression in the building of muscles
  • weight relief
  • or both even within one exercise

My name is Judit Bartalosné Csák, the leader of the 3D Vertical suspension Plus rehabilitation centre. Due to a sports injury my inner and outer cartilages had to be removed from my knee, which meant the end of my professional gymnast career. Back in those days, this was the best solution for my problem. Regardless of this event, my love for sports did not change. I strived to increase my knowledge and apply it during my work. In 2006, after more than two decades of successful work abroad, we returned to Hungary with great expectations. As my knee got worn away over the years, I decided to get it surgically fixed by the trusted professionals. Unfortunately the conventional rehabilitation processes were not successful. In my despair, I decided to search for a special method or machine that is not harmful to health and can be used effectively. This is how I discovered the 3D suspension system, which is the invention of a Hungarian physiotherapist. By enhancing the invention, we created the first 3D Vertical suspension Plus system in the world.

Areas of application
In rehabilitation following musculoskeletal surgeries
In rehabilitation following musculoskeletal surgeries, pain free and incredibly fast and stable recovery can be achieved. This can be chieved by the stretching, moving and hanging of different parts of the body all at once (this cannot be achieved by other ethods), which is only possible with the 3D Vertical suspension Plus.
Sports injuries and special surgeries
Within the rehabilitation of sports injuries and special surgeries the system shows revolutionary results. By stretching in a weightless position and using the resistors, the muscles can be rebuilt very quickly and effectively through special exercises. In the weightless position, the strengthening of the joints and muscles can be started in the early phases, and gradually stabilise running and any kind of movement to prevent any difficulties of returning to sports.
Joints
By stretching the joints and strengthening the muscles around them, it is possible to make them more flexible and stronger in the right position. As a result, it is possible to gradually improve the movement and the strength of the joints.
Cervical, spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle
Cervical, spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle can all be treated and strengthened in a weightless position with this system. Within the rehabilitation of spinal problems, injured or worn vertebral discs and spinal hernia, the system is ideal in strengthening the deep muscles around the spine and stretching them in a weightless position, as well as stopping the radiating tingling and achieving the retreat of smaller spinal hernia.
Cervical, spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle
Cervical, spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle can all be treated and strengthened in a weightless position with this system.
Stroke
Within the rehabilitation of after a stroke or any kind of partial paralysis, the system can be used for stabilization, development of the motor coordination and learning how to walk in a faster rate by this system.
Professional sports
The basis of professional sports is muscle relaxation, stretching, muscle building and reflex, which can be specially achieved with the 3D Vertical suspension Plus system. They will have more flexible, stronger and loser muscles which can prevent any future injuries and increase sports performance whilst they spare their joints.
Prevention in professional sports and everyday life
Prevention in professional sports and everyday life is the most important goal of the 3D Vertical suspension Plus system. With the use of the resistors, we can effectively increase the strength of muscles as there is no weight or pressure on the joints during their strengthening. The stretching and relaxation of muscles are also part of the programs, which is the basis of great sporting achievements and a pain free everyday life.
Results
In everyday life

A number of times patients came for treatment with back problems, with even a 90 degree sprain, and could not straighten up. After an hour of treatment, they left standing straight.

Patients, who have had knee surgery and were not able to stretch their leg, even though they have tried everything medically possible, are regularly sent to me from all parts of the country. Thanks to the 3D Vertical suspension Plus system, extraordinary results can be experienced in this field as well. One of my patient’s knees did not stretch after his ski accident, which happened nine years ago. After trying every method medically possible, he came to try my method. Following 3 treatments, the patient’s leg stretched more than it has in the past 9 years, and is continually improving.

During a weekend walk in the forest, one of my patient’s ankle twisted. As she has to travel a lot, she did not have time to rest her injury. She decided to ask me for help. After four treatments, it was possible to return to a painless state and she did not have to stop with her work.

Another patient was walking her dog when it pulled her in such a way, that when she fell, she broke her arm. After removing the cast, it turned out that her elbow did not bend properly. After trying everything medically possible, she turned to me, with her problem. After five treatments, we could see a remarkable improvement and with time, we were able to restore the original state.

This method can incredibly speed up the recovery after a stroke. At first, one of my patients had to be supported from both sides in a suspended position to be able to walk. After four sessions, she was able to walk in a suspended position without help and a continual improvement can be seen.

In sports life

Muscle injuries can be rehabilitated at a surprisingly fast rate by the stretching method. For professional players, it is not only possible to shorten the rehabilitation period, but with the help of the 3D Vertical suspension Plus, special exercises, that are sport specific, can be done. As a result, the athletes can return stronger, more stable and ready to compete.

Nikola Eklemovics, a professional handball player with an 8 months old chronic shoulder injury and inflammation came in for treatment. The pain disappeared after three weeks of treatment and within two months he was fully recovered and could continue his sports during the treatment too.

An American football player came in for treatment with a one year old spinal injury. Traditional methods did not produce any results. Following 4 treatments, the player did not have any pain. We started strengthening and conducted special trainings for his sports return.

An extreme biker who suffered a serious leg injury (2 cross torn ligaments in his knee, Anterior and Posterior Cruciate Ligaments, and partial nerve paralysis, so his foot could not move) came for treatment 8 weeks after his surgery. He came on crutches and after half an hour of special treatment, he learned how to walk again and left on his own feet. (This is not a unique case, as this happened a number of times with even non athletes.)

Tamás Iváncsik, former Hungarian national handball team player, who was part of the 2012 Olympic team, had an ACL ligament injury in his knee. We were able to decrease his rehabilitation time from the usual six months to four and a half months. In fact, he was one of the best players of the preparation games. He did not have to wait with the gradual training, as during the suspended period he was able to prepare to play. Ever since he finished his rehabilitation, he comes to stretch before games, so that he is even faster and more flexible on the court.

Exercises
Rehabilitation
In rehabilitation, by suspending the different parts of the body – which also means the movement and stretching as well – pain free movement and unbelievably fast as well as stable recovery can be achieved.
Musculoskeletal problems
In case of musculoskeletal problems, the slings help achieve the pain free process and minimize the risk of injury.
Development of coordination
In case of improving coordination, four forces act on the bar, which reacts to movement in all directions.
Development  of muscles
During the development and stretching of muscles, the multidirectional force field makes the three dimensional exercises possible. The resistors can be connected to the force field from a number of different places and in different orders which makes the multiple phase exercising possible. By placing the slings and handles in different positions, it is possible to divide the diagonal path into different sections. This ensures that the exercises are gradual and minimize the risk of an accident or injury.
